Obsidian Capital Holdings LLC, doing business as Slime Obsidian ("Slime Obsidian," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to Slime Obsidian's websites, online services, membership platforms, digital products, communications, and related services, including The Lab (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from third parties that help us provide the Services.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

Depending on how you interact with Slime Obsidian, you may provide us with information such as:

• Account and profile information;
• Mailing or shipping address when requested for a specific purpose;
• Membership and subscription information;
• Purchase and transaction information;
• Posts, comments, photographs, and other content you submit through The Lab Community;
• Communications you send to us, including customer support requests;
• Responses to surveys, forms, promotions, giveaways, or other requests for information; and
• Any other information you voluntarily provide to us.

We generally only request information that is reasonably related to providing or improving the Services or to a specific interaction with you.

1.2 Account and Community Information

When you create a Lab account, we may collect information necessary to create, authenticate, maintain, and secure your account.

The Lab Community is available only to logged-in members. When you participate in the Community, certain information associated with your account may be visible to other members. At present, Community posts display your first name and last initial.

Content you choose to submit to the Community—including posts, comments, photographs, and other submissions—may be visible to other Lab members.

Please use care when deciding what information to post or upload. Do not submit personal information that you do not want other members to see.

Content submitted to The Lab may also be featured or used by Slime Obsidian outside of The Lab, including on Slime Obsidian's social media channels, websites, emails, and promotional or marketing materials, as further described in our Terms of Use.

1.3 Payment Information

When you make a purchase or subscribe to The Lab, payments are processed through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe and, where applicable, commerce platforms or other payment providers.

Slime Obsidian does not directly store your complete payment card number.

We may receive and retain information relating to your transaction, such as your purchase, subscription status, payment status, billing information, transaction identifiers, and limited payment-method details provided by the payment processor.

1.4 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use the Services, we and the companies that help us operate the Services may automatically collect certain information, including:

• IP address;
• Browser type;
• Device type and operating system;
• Device or online identifiers;
• Referring and exit pages;
• Pages and content viewed;
• Dates and times of visits;
• Login and account activity;
• Interactions with features, videos, emails, and other content;

• Send marketing, promotional, educational, and other Slime Obsidian communications;
• Understand how users interact with our websites, content, and Services;
• Measure and improve the effectiveness of our content, communications, and advertising;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
• Protect the rights, safety, property, and security of Slime Obsidian, our users, and others;

3. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information for money.

3.2 Advertising and Analytics Partners

We may use analytics, advertising, and measurement technologies to understand how people use our Services, measure advertising performance, and promote Slime Obsidian on other websites and platforms.

When you create an account, purchase a product, join The Lab, or otherwise provide your email address, we may use your email address to communicate with you.

Service communications, such as receipts, account notices, security messages, subscription or billing information, membership updates, and other information necessary to provide the Services.

Marketing communications, such as Slime Obsidian news, content, product announcements, promotions, offers, and other marketing messages.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those messages or by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications that are necessary to operate your account, process transactions, administer your membership, or provide important information about the Services.

6. EMBEDDED CONTENT AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may contain embedded content or integrations provided by third parties, including video content hosted through services such as YouTube.

When you view or interact with embedded content, the third-party provider may collect information about your device, browser, IP address, and interaction with that content in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Our Services may also contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. Slime Obsidian is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Slime Obsidian's online accounts and The Lab membership are intended for adults age 18 and older.

Individuals under 18 may not create or maintain a Slime Obsidian or The Lab account. Parents or legal guardians may purchase a membership or use Slime Obsidian content with their children under the adult's account and supervision.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children through child-created accounts.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us directly in violation of this policy, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

An adult account holder may choose to submit content that includes or relates to a child. The adult account holder is responsible for ensuring that they have the authority and permissions necessary to submit that content and for complying with our Terms of Use and Community rules.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including while your account or membership remains active and as necessary to provide the Services.

We may retain certain information after an account is closed or deleted where reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations;
• Maintain transaction and financial records;
• Resolve disputes;
• Prevent fraud or abuse;
• Enforce our agreements;
• Protect our legal rights; or
• Meet other legitimate business or legal requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

Content you delete from the Community is hidden from other members immediately. We keep it for up to 30 days so it can be reviewed for moderation, after which it is permanently deleted.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, transmission, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide you with certain rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include the ability to:

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Request deletion of certain personal information;

Residents of California may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and other applicable California privacy laws, subject to the applicability of those laws and any statutory exceptions.

Depending on applicable law, these rights may include the right to:

• Know the categories of sources from which personal information is collected;
• Know the purposes for collecting, using, selling, or sharing personal information;
• Know the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed;
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information;

Slime Obsidian does not sell personal information for money.

If our use of advertising or measurement technologies constitutes "sharing," "sale," or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide legally required mechanisms for exercising applicable opt-out rights.

12. EEA, UNITED KINGDOM, AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL USERS

Slime Obsidian is based in the United States, but the Services may be accessed by users in other countries.

If you are located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides additional data protection rights, you may have rights concerning your personal information under applicable law.

Where required, our processing of personal information may be based on one or more legal grounds, including:

13. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your Slime Obsidian or The Lab account and associated personal information by contacting us at slimeobsidianhelp@gmail.com.

If account deletion controls are available within your account settings, you may also use those controls.

Deleting an account may permanently remove access to content, Community activity, membership features, or other Services associated with that account.

We may retain certain information following a deletion request where permitted or required by law, including information necessary for financial records, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, enforcement of our agreements, or other legitimate legal or business purposes.

14. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Lab includes features that allow members to submit posts, comments, photographs, and other content.

Information you submit to these areas should not be considered private as between you and other members who have access to the Community. Although The Lab Community is login-protected, we cannot guarantee that another member will not save, copy, screenshot, or otherwise redistribute information that you choose to post.

By submitting content, you understand that Slime Obsidian may process, store, display, reproduce, and use that content as necessary to operate the Services and as otherwise permitted under our Terms of Use.

Content submitted to The Lab may also be selected for use or feature by Slime Obsidian in its websites, social media, emails, advertising, and other promotional materials, subject to the rights and license described in our Terms of Use.

You should not upload content containing another person's personal information, image, or likeness unless you have the appropriate authority or permission to do so.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Where required by law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by other appropriate means.
